History and future
Conceptsales, which was founded in 2004 by Menno Zorn and Johanan Bos, makes a positive difference to ICT companies that wish to increase their sales profitability through portfolio development and sales training & coaching.
Following its establishment, Conceptsales grew rapidly by setting up services for ICT companies. For example, Conceptsales was engaged to set up a managed services unit for an ICT company with 200 staff. This business unit was successfully established and within just a few years was already achieving recurring sales of approximately € 8 million. Our client’s decisiveness, combined with the knowledge and experience of Conceptsales has ensured that a successful and profitable services division has been created. In addition, Conceptsales was also involved in the launch of an online workstation proposition for a large telecoms provider in the Netherlands. Together with the client’s team we ensured that it became the largest provider of online workstations in the Netherlands in a short period of time. These successes were followed rapidly by more clients with assignments in the field of business planning for (managed) services, development of (managed) services, production of sales material, providing sales training and coaching for participants and the configuration of operational departments so that the portfolio could also be delivered profitably. The team has now been expanded to 10 permanent members of staff plus a number of people who are regularly contracted in.
In the coming years Conceptsales aims to develop further into the first-choice partner for ICT companies that wish to increase their sales profitability. We aim to set ourselves apart from the competition by utilising the knowledge and experience of our people, combined with our blueprints and processes. For our clients this results in high-quality services that match market needs. Our clients also benefit from proven sales methods and resources for successfully marketing the service portfolio.
